We can laser cut Zintec in thicknesses between 0.7mm – 3mm.
Zintec is cold rolled mild steel sheet that has first been electrolytically cleaned and pickled, and subsequently electrolytically coated with a thin layer of zinc or zinc-nickel alloy.
Zintec sheet is not decorative and has a matt grey appearance. It is typically used in the manufacture of sheet steel pressed products such as washing machines, air conditioning units and car bodies.
Zintec should not be used in corrosive environments without an additional protective finish.
